Here are a few strategies that can help you increase productivity while working from home:
1. Establish a dedicated workspace: Having a designated place to work can help you stay focused and avoid distractions.
2. Create a daily routine: Establishing a consistent daily routine can help you stay on track and make the most of your time.
3. Take breaks: Taking regular breaks can help you stay energized and prevent burnout.
4. Stay organized: Keeping your workspace and tasks organized can help you stay on top of your workload and reduce stress.
5. Minimize distractions: Turn off notifications, set boundaries with friends and family, and eliminate unnecessary tasks to stay focused on your work.
6. Use productivity tools: Consider using productivity tools like time-tracking software, project management tools, and to-do list apps to help you stay organized and on top of your tasks.
7. Set goals: Setting specific, achievable goals can help you stay motivated and on track.
8. Prioritize tasks: Identify the most important tasks and focus on completing those first.
9. Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep can help you stay focused and productive throughout the day.
10. Exercise and eat well: Taking care of your physical health can have a positive impact on your mental and emotional well-being, which can in turn increase your productivity.
By implementing these strategies, you can optimize your work-from-home experience and increase your productivity. It's important to find what works best for you and to be flexible, as your needs and circumstances may change over time.

All of the above tips are really effective, but I would put special emphasis on the use of a professional project management and planning tool.
I work remotely and prefer to use a Gantt chart platform. GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) is a nice looking and powerful Gantt chart generator that helps me plan work, track tasks, set deadlines, and collaborate with my distributed colleagues. The tool looks really nice with its intuitive UX/UI design and a short learning curve.
