@kszhebrovskaya That's right, quality seems more important than speed. To achieve that, I think I need to do sufficient research about the other party as well.

I find making the agenda of the emails simple and direct very helpful in that regard.
Follow up, but don't spam.
Offer value, not just a sales pitch.
Do your research on the prospect.
End with a clear call to action.
Use simple, friendly language.
Test different emails format.
