    Clear and human language! Corporate jargon and overly technical terms are frustrating to read and understand; speak to me like a normal human or your friend (and bonus points for personality and humor 😌)

    What I personally like to do is keep the language simple, to make it as accessible as possible. Also a nice emoji here and there makes it way more compelling and less "dry"
