Especially because we're working with conversation data, the 2 top issues for our customers have always been: 1. Is our data securely stored / is it going to be used by the model. As a business this means we need to be very careful about the models we use (are they using data to train models?) and how our data is stored. 2. Can we build trust with AI? AI is great, but it's never going to be 100% accurate. We had to find a sweet spot (still always adjusting this) where we're automating enough for it to be valuable, but not so much that the model is over-reaching and breaking trust. Curious to hear how folks here deal with the trust problem in particular!

    Great question! AI tools basically offer many advantages to a company and can swiftly spearhead its evolution. Chatbot Development,Text Completion, Conversational AI, Sentiment Analysis, Question Answering are just a few of the capabilities of the AI. Having said that, there can be some substantial risks to the use of AI such as discrimination and bias, uncurated low quality content, loss of privacy, security, job displacement and lack of accountability to name but a few. Companies can however safely implement AI in their operations by setting up centaur systems (highly trained humans guiding the AI), to achieve optimum results. After all, the centaur systems were responsible for the highest ELO rating in chess in comparison to solo human players or chess programs. In other words, in my opinion the use of AI requires highly trained people to make better use of it (prepping the AI, prompting it correctly, feeding it with curated data, reviewing and correcting its output).

Also keep temperature near zero is you are looking for accuracy, which you would be since you asked the question. Building a database for the responses your product is providing to users and analysing it will be better to cut these problems.

    I feel like it's already been said here but you should probably add a layer after the ai to help validate and confirm your answers fall within your parameters. Like a fail-safe check. AI can be unpredictable at times no matter how well you have built your model so its better to be safe than sorry.
