Living a healthy lifestyle will help you maintain your well-being and happiness. It's important to care for your body through exercise, proper diet, vitamins (look for quality ones at https://www.canadapharmacy.com/), and hydration. Maintaining good health can reduce the risks of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. While it may take time to build a good healthy habit, it's worth it!
I think the most important thing is to relief the mind. Writing EVERYTHING down, and creating proper task lists.
Binay Singh
@noyanidin Right! Writing down To-Do helps our mind to focus on them!

For me, it helps to take breaks and get outside. Walking for 10-15 minutes during my lunch hour improves my mood a lot. But I have to agree with the responses below. Sleeping is absolute key.
Binay Singh
@sandra_figueiredo Yes Absolutely! I do follow taking break during long working hours!!

Here are a few things that you might want to keep in mind if you want to have strong mental health: 1. Get enough sleep – Getting adequate shut-eye is essential for overall wellbeing, and it's also been shown to boost the immune system. 2. Eat nutrient-rich foods – A balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein will help to provide your body with the nutrients it needs for healthy brain function. 3. Exercise regularly – Regular physical activity helps shift negative moods into positive ones and can improve concentration skills as well as memory recall. 4. Cultivate an upbeat attitude – It's important to maintain a positive outlook on life in order not only cope better but also stay mentally stimulated throughout tough times.

@shreyanshi_gupta1 Thank you for this amazing list :) Every part of is so accurate :)

I will go first: First and foremost, make sure to get enough sleep. Getting enough sleep not only helps to increase cognitive function but also decreases stress levels. Secondly, find ways to relax your mind regularly. This could involve meditation or mindfulness practices.

Eat a healthy diet: A healthy diet can improve your mood and help you to feel more energized. Practice relaxation techniques: Techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, or yoga can help to reduce stress and improve mental well-being.

@shubham_k721 Thank you for sharing this! Healthy diet is one of the most ignored things when considering about mental wellness.

being thankful being aware of yourself and your surrounding controlled emotions spending time with your love and your Family helping other people without wanting anything in return having no desires in life (every desire is a chosen unhappiness) do what you love as a living

I think it is necessary to be born in a healthy family first, and then receive correct education in the process of growing up. When encountering possible setbacks, parents do not stop them, but let the children face them themselves, so that the children will have a strong mental health
Binay Singh
@sherryxena yes that's more of a privilege :)

I would say not to set yourself a list of a million tasks with a deadline. Take small steps forward. I feel overstimulated very often, so I started with the basic things that will help me live a healthier life (examinations, diet change, exercise). Daily new routines, which of course I didn't start at once (!) , but they took all of 2022. This year I focus on my development & socialising, because since I have energy (by changing my habits from last year) I can take care of next steps. ps. Method 333 is worth to check: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/k... I'll try to use the advices form there as they seems reasonable for me
Binay Singh
@kinga_gro Thats so true :) Thank you for sharing the resource. I will check this out! :)
