A good loyalty program can do wonders.
Share
1. Creating quality content on social media, website, and (if you have) mobile application
2. Personalized push notifications
3. Rewarding system for users
4. Sincere community management
5. Sharing users' progress data in certain periods
SocialBaot sounds like a loyalty program but for the better health of users. So you have got that covered already.
Here are a few ideas I think might increase your retention rates even more:
1. Psycho-active social media marketing. (Not just one post a day active, 24/7 fitness entertainment active)
2. Members-only Health Awareness drives among the youth. Could be a college seminar, fitness challenge, or an entire cultural/sports event.
3. Super funny notifications. Yes. They do work. I used to pull crowds at cycling events through notifications.
4. Rock solid customer support. That is the biggest reason for customer attrition. Yes, there will be bad customers but a single good customer is equal to a thousand bad ones.
