A few ideas that immediately come to my mind are:
— Chatbots (Intercom)
— Interactive Demo (Arcade)
— Real-time video or audio chats (ChatSimple)
Have you found any websites that use any of the above? Or tools that offer the above use cases?

Fable
Interactive demos are definitely a great way to engage and convert website visitors.
And by the way - we're launching Fable's new AI powered demo copilot tomorrow on Product Hunt.
You can now create stunning demos just with a simple prompt!

According to me, if it's an E-com website, then discount coupons & popups, customer care chatbots do help in increasing engagement and conversion rate.
If it's a SAAS website, then definitely interactive demos & chatbots are the way to go for.
For chatbots -> Wonderchat has been great for me so far, simple and reliable bot.
For Interactive Demo -> I haven't used any tool but heard that Walnut does a great job.
@kunal_aggarwal I agree. I've also heard that Navattic and Storylane are good and commonly used, just like Walnut.
@kunal_aggarwal @mehvish_shafiq These are definitely great products. Do give Fable a try! I promise - you won't be disappointed! :)
we use chatbots. it's pretty effective especially if it's a combination of automation and manual intervention.
would love to explore the other two.
i truly hate to engage with ,,site,, when i looking for info...vsl forever
May not be unique but getting them to signup to a newsletter on your site, and then share content relevant to your audience.
Launching soon!
I've seen some sites nail engagement with these tools. Chatbots like Intercom are like the friendly, overzealous sales clerk. Real-time video chats via ChatSimple? Perfect for when you need that human touch. And Arcade's interactive demos? Brilliant for hands-on folks. By the way, speaking of understanding what people really like, "Her Ideal Match" is coming soon to help men crack the code on their dating profiles using data science. Just a thought!
Great list, Rohan! 💡 Another idea could be offering a tool that solves a common pain point for visitors. For example, websites offering document conversions (like pdftopdf!) as a quick resource can boost engagement by being super useful right on the spot! Have you come across any sites using similar practical tools to convert visitors?
Tidio and Drift let you integrate chatbots into your website
For sure, demos are great for engaging visitors! I've used tools like Storylane and Navattic to create interactive product demos on our site. Excited to check out Fable's new AI copilot for demos launching on PH tomorrow. Anything that makes it easier to build high-converting demos is 🔥
100%, interactive demos are the best way to show the value of your product and get visitors to convert. Super excited to check out Fable's new AI copilot for creating demos from simple prompts - gonna be a game changer! 🚀
Definitely use chatbots to engage visitors - tools like Landbot or MobileMonkey make it super easy to set up interactive chatbots without coding. For e-commerce, personalized product recs based on browsing history can boost conversions big time. Exit intent popups with a discount code are also clutch for reducing abandonment. Live chat works great too if you have the manpower. The key is making the experience interactive and relevant to each visitor.
Definitely agree that interactive demos and chatbots can boost engagement and conversions, especially for SaaS sites. I've had great results with Intercom for customer support chatbots - super easy to set up and customize. For product demos, I've heard good things about Reprise. They let you create interactive product tours right on your site without any coding. Worth checking out if you want to guide visitors through your key features!
To boost conversions, IMQRSCAN offers an interactive QR code generator that lets users create custom-shaped codes aligned with their brand, plus a free trial with live onboarding support. This personalized experience engages users immediately, making them feel confident and invested in the tool from the start.
We've just launched our no-code FAQ interface (beta), allowing users to transform any knowledge base into an interactive chatbot.
For instance, if your website hosts an extensive FAQ, you can simply upload your questions and answers to our interface. From there, you can train your bot by adding question variations, reviewing the bot flow, and even setting up follow-up messages that automatically send to users who become inactive for a certain period. Once your bot is ready, you can seamlessly integrate it with popular messaging platforms like Telegram or Slack, or connect it to any chat widget on your website via our API – all without a single line of code.
This makes it much easier for website users to find the information they need, resulting in a smoother and more satisfying user experience.
Feel free to check it out: https://app.easybits.tech/signup...
We also offer a variety of how-to videos directly on the interface. If you'd like to check these out first, you can get a quick preview here: https://youtu.be/wpqvMuWr9TA
Looking forward to reading what other tools get mentioned 🚀
Thanks for sharing these hacks! I use Intercom for customer support too, and it’s pretty versatile-I also use it to send email campaigns, publish articles in their Help Center, and add banners to my site.
I'm looking into gamification/quizzes to bring people to the site. Chatbots are really effective for engaging the visitors.
