Congrats on your first launch! Speaking of my previous experience with SaaS, it's gotta be some of those.. 1.Focus on customer needs, no matter what 2. Have a comprehensive marketing plan (or contacts in your industry) 3. Always make sure you've done everything you could to release a flawless product
