I am old-school, I guess. I use a mind map and a bullet journal and paper to keep everything organized; and LyX when time comes to write and edit.

Word processing software
One essential tool for content creators is a good word processor. Not only does it let you create text-based documents quickly and easily, but with modern day word processors, you can also add images, videos, and other multimedia elements into your work. Popular word processors include Microsoft Word, Google Docs, OpenOffice Writer and LibreOffice Writer.
Video Editing Software
Creating videos or even editing existing ones requires specialized video editing software. From trimming clips to adding special effects, there are many programs out there that offer varying levels of complexity depending on your needs. Some popular choices include Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Apple Final Cut Pro X and Sony Vegas Pro.
Audio Editing Software
Audio is another important element in a piece of content; soundtracks enhance the user experience while voiceover recordings provide useful information about a particular topic. Digital audio workstations (DAWs) allow you to record, edit and mix audio files with ease. Popular DAWs include Avid Pro Tools, FL Studio 12 Producer Edition (formerly Fruity Loops), Ableton Live 9 Standard and Adobe Audition CC.
Graphics & Design Tools
Content creation goes beyond written words – visuals such as infographics or illustrations often accompany these pieces. There are various applications that can help you design eye-catching visuals for your project such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CC if you’re more inclined towards photo manipulation or illustration respectively; for creating web graphics like logos or banners there’s Canva; lastly infographic creation has become simpler with Piktochart which provides dozens of customizable templates in their library to choose from.
As a content creator myself, I find that having the right tools can make a big difference in the quality and efficiency of my work. Here are some of the best tools that I have personally used and would recommend:
1. Grammarly: A powerful grammar checker and writing assistant that helps me refine my writing and improve my language use.
2. Canva: A graphic design tool that makes it easy for me to create eye-catching visuals for my content.
3. Hootsuite: A social media management tool that allows me to schedule and publish my content across multiple platforms, saving me time and effort.
4. Google Analytics: A powerful analytics tool that helps me track the performance of my content and identify areas for improvement.
5. Trello: A project management tool that helps me stay organized and on track with my content creation process.
NEVER FORGET: CHATGPT (This is the best of 'em all)
These are just a few examples of the tools that I find helpful as a content creator. I hope they can be of use to you as well!
