    One of the biggest hurdles with AI-powered real-time customer engagement is balancing automation with personalization. AI can deliver responses quickly, but it’s challenging to make them feel genuine and relevant to each customer. Another issue is data quality—AI is only as good as the data it’s trained on, so if there are gaps or inaccuracies, the engagement suffers. Additionally, integrating AI across multiple customer touchpoints smoothly can be technically complex and sometimes disrupts the customer experience.
