Each of you runs a business in a slightly different industry and throughout the time you could observe some specific things related to your entrepreneurship.
What were the biggest learnings when you faced challenges? π

The most significant learnings for me:
1οΈβ£ People do not wait for you β they probably do not even care so you need to be as close as possible to your possible customers and "catch" their needs.
2οΈβ£ Try to have the best possible product that solves the problem and touches the relevant people β your relatives and friends may support you but they will do it once, or twice but that's all. (AKA regret will not save you.)

The biggest lesson I learned during my entrepreneurial journey was that my successes or failures are not personal. I am not my business. That also means that the successes or failures of my business are also not related to me, personally. This takes the imposter off my shoulder, and allows me to lean forward and learn from mistakes and failures more effectively without attaching my emotional stability to them.
You need to be persistent with your efforts and constantly work on motivating yourself.
@busmark_w_nika Let's join hands to hold each other accountable then :)

One of the biggest learnings is the importance of adaptability. Things donβt always go as planned, so being flexible and ready to adjust has helped us stay on track and grow. π₯
@andreea_staicu Agree. You have to be open to pivot and not fall in love with your idea so much you aren't open to being flexible.
One major lesson is to focus on the long game. Quick wins are great, but consistent effort and patience are what really drive sustainable growth.
I would say it's just pure resilience. Not giving up or getting discouraged when things don't go as planned. Learn from your mistakes and try again!
Great points! One of my biggest learnings is that adapting quickly to feedback is essential. While it's crucial to develop a strong product, being able to pivot or refine based on real customer needs can make or break success. Itβs all about staying connected to your audience and evolving with them.
Couldn't agree more! Staying nimble is key. Another huge learning for me was the importance of really obsessing over hiring A+ talent, especially early on. The first 5-10 hires set the bar and culture. Compromising there to save a little time/money always comes back to bite you. Hire slow, fire fast is real!
