What are the biggest problems you face when using any work/marketing tools?

We all use an average of 20+ tools at work everyday, which for some of us looks more like 50 tools a day depending on the work that you do. (Think about it - Facebook Ads, Wordpress, Shopify, Google Ads/Analytics/Data Studio/Sheets, Mailchimp, Zapier etc. etc.)
And all of these have different features to learn, optimization best practices, and strategy for use.
What do you find are the biggest problems with things like setup, optimizations, integrations, or strategies when it comes to the tools you use every day?

A remote working solution.
In no particular order: length and difficulty of setup, the ability to integrate tools with each other, collaboration and version control (too many tools make it easy to overwrite someone's work).

I've yet to find a tool that will allow you to schedule threaded tweets, I have no clue if one even exists.
@jreynoldsdev I know, it really should be, but the tweetdeck and others have been slow to adapt. Hope these help!
