Agree it starts with deeply understanding the specific use case and problem to solve. Then evaluate if the AI tool has the right capabilities and performance for that need. Also consider factors like cost, integration with existing tools/workflows, vendor support, and privacy/security. Experimenting with a trial or POC can help validate fit before fully committing. The first thing is understanding the specific problem to solve. If the tool doesn't align with the need, the rest doesn't matter.
Customer support is a big deal. When issues arise, having a responsive team can make or break the experience.
