What are the difficulties of working remotely?

For me, there are more advantages than disadvantages of working remotely, I think I can work much more efficiently this way, but there are too many people who don't like it, what are the difficulties of working remotely for you? Except not being able to connect to the Internet 🤪

@victoria241 Me and my team mates, except for meetings, we usually work online via zoom or google meet. Get the effect that we are working together and we get the effect of drinking coffee together without breaking our bond.

Remotely is not that easy. There are no hallway conversations or having coffee with colleagues. Remote workers need to be more proactive and often look outside work for their social interaction. As a manager, it's imperative to create space for their workers to connect and create relations.
