Choose a right platform, import your users, and then, try to reply to as many user questions as possible and proactively select some users to understand their usage.

Identify the Audience, Choose the Right Platform, Create Value
@thomas_yanik What do I consider when choosing the right platform? Any recommendations for good platforms?
@thomas_yanik great response!
@thomas_yanik exactly this - although it is much harder than people think 😅
First build a product that really solves a problem.
Find the problem -> Build Audience (Personal Profile + Community) -> Build Multi-channel community -> Add Value -> Call to action -> Take Feedback -> Repeat 2-6
Choose a suitable name for the community. Maintain interaction and create value
Define our community's purpose, choose the right platform, and engage early adopters actively to build a solid foundation.
