What are the highest converting lead magnets?

The best lead magnets are ones that align with your product and whatever medium you used to get them to that resource. When they're not aligned you end up with few people downloading the resource and/or eventually becoming customers.

It really varies, but I always look for things that are actually valuable and that someone will also want to share with their friends/colleagues as a resource.
