What are the key factors you consider when running a successful experiment?

1. the objective of the experiment - the hypothesis of the experiment has to be very clearly and sharply defined 2. The dependent and independent variables have to be correctly identified 3. Most important: knowing that correlation is not causation 4. You cannot vary too many variables at the same time. Like with A/B tests, you keep everything constant and vary values of one variable.
