What are the key features of your product that is mandatory for teams plan?

Looking for people building products for teams or people that are using products in their teams to understand the must to have features when working in a team. For example for me, in Notion comments are helpful and key in order to get async conversations and reduce unnecessary meetings. What about yours? Any tool counts!
