Making your users happy and satisfied is simply complicated. It is also the most crucial step that starts from the development stage of your product. Despite targeting the right audience we might face a setback if we don’t work on critical points that make our product user-friendly. I feel the below mentioned points can help us with a successful approach: - Satisfying MVP for early users - Valuable feedback from customers - Eye catching UI/UX design - Providing customer support - Speeding up the loading time of the product. I’d love to know your feedback and suggestions in the comments.

Creating user-friendly products is essential for success in today's competitive market. Here are some strategies to consider: Embrace Lean UX Principles • Minimal Viable Product (MVP): Release a basic version of your product early to gather insights and avoid building unnecessary features. • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize user needs and desires throughout the development process. Conduct Thorough User Research • Understand Your Users: Identify your target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points. • Usability Testing: Observe users interacting with your product to identify usability issues. Prioritize User Experience Design (UXD) • Clear and Consistent Labeling: Use clear and consistent labels for buttons, menus, and other elements. • Visual Design: Create a visually appealing and engaging interface. Gather and Act on User Feedback • Surveys and Feedback Forms: Collect feedback directly from users. • Analytics: Track user behavior and identify areas for improvement.

I found the book Lean Customer Development incredibly helpful as a guide for getting customer feedback before you even build your product (and as you continue to evolve / improve it as well)

An advice that I really loved from another founder was to go above and beyond for your first 1000 users to start building a cult and community around your product. I think at the beginning, when you lack resources, that's one of the best strategies I've seen has worked to make the product more easy to use for your users, more "user-friendly."

If possible, get your product users to be your employees. They will help you shape the product to be user-friendly and they will promote it, which is good (as it's free marketing pretty much). Maybe that's what I'd add to your list (although it is already good enough).
