An interview is an opportunity for a hiring manager to look for things in a candidate that may help them determine if the candidate is right for the job. During an interview, a hiring manager can get a better idea of a candidate by listening to their answers and observing how they handle themselves.

@satish_kumar_veluri There are many jobs that require the ability to work as part of a team at least some of the time. On what basis you will say he/she is a team player?
