I need to work on mine, biggest one being social media and another is getting distracted watching streams while I work. What are yours?

gmail, youtube and twitter. I need to follow the practice of closing these chrome tabs and open them only once or twice per day.

This community, Linkedin, Quora and Twitter -- we're hitting social media hard from now on so it's kind of also my job

My phone - TikTok is one of the worst ones. I've set a time limit and I try to stick to 30 minutes a day (when I say that out loud it sounds insane haha) But once I hit it - whatever time that is I tell myself - no more Tiktok

Totally get it. 😅 Social media can be a black hole of distraction. I often find myself lost in research rabbit holes when I should be working. It's a work in progress, but recognizing it is the first step.

@slimmy82 Consider deleting Instagram. Use it from your browser for increased friction. I did this. Eventually, I stopped using it.
