How do you get the word out about a product when it *doesn't* have Product Hunt / Indie Hackers / Twitter folks as the target market?

Most people talk about build an MVP, creating a momentum, find a VC to Raise your startup, but I think more important than that, is to create a strong community of believers and collaborators that support you and your product. QA, Quality assurance. Infrastructure. Building the USP in the first place. Iterating when you have customers is super hard. Iterating with zero customers is easy. Also convincing people to use your half baked product is hard.
