I managed a community of about 1000 business owners.
Slack community.
People filled out a typeform to pay and get in (but now I'd use Tally).
Zapier would take that info where it needed to be (newsletter, slack, database).
The database was just Airtable, but it worked very well for me.
That's basically it. Would manage most of it in Slack and if I never needed an occasional document for whatever reason I would use Notion.
Hope that helps!! Good luck!!

"Effective Salesforce channel partner management https://advancedcommunities.com/... is essential for any business looking to build and maintain successful relationships with its partners. Here are some best practices for Salesforce channel partner management:
1. Develop a clear partner program: It's essential to develop a clear partner program that outlines the expectations, goals, and benefits of the partnership. This should include clear guidelines on how partners can register deals, access sales and marketing materials, and receive support.
2. Provide training and support: Providing regular training and support to partners is critical to help them understand your products and services, and how to effectively sell and promote them. This includes training on how to use Salesforce, access the partner portal, and other tools and resources.
3. Set goals and metrics: Establish clear goals and metrics for your partners, such as sales targets or lead generation targets, and regularly track their progress. This helps to identify areas where partners may need additional support or training.
4. Foster open communication: Open communication is essential for successful partner management. This includes regular communication with partners to discuss goals, progress, and any issues or concerns. Using Salesforce's collaboration and communication tools, such as Chatter, can help to facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and your team.
5. Provide incentives: Offering incentives such as discounts, bonuses, or rewards can help to motivate partners and encourage them to meet their goals. These incentives should be tied to specific performance metrics and be clearly communicated to partners.
6. Use data to drive decisions: Use Salesforce's reporting and analytics tools to track partner performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. This helps to ensure that you are focusing on the right partners and initiatives to drive success.
7. Regularly review and improve the program: Finally, regularly review and improve your partner program based on feedback and performance data. This helps to ensure that your program is continuously evolving and improving to meet the changing needs of your partners and your business."
