I use storytelling in my speeches. Dry facts won’t involve people the way an exciting story about how we tested a hypothesis. And I always ask for constructive feedback on the product, ask questions to the audience, and try to turn a monologue into a dialogue.

That's why you finding product market fit is more of an ongoing process. Going on until your product fits in a significant portion of the mainstream market.

Find the online communities or platforms where your ideal customers hang out. Step into their shoes, lend an attentive ear, and prioritize their well-being above all else. Afterward, engage with 1–10 of the most vocal individuals who are yearning for the solution, need, or want you are fulfilling. Seal the deal with at least 8 out of 10 of these individuals and gently encourage them to act as social proof.
