    I'm busy preparing everything for my launch and as most of you know there are a ton of things to do, things take longer than needed etc. Last week I was working long into the night on most evenings and on Friday I felt really tired and exhausted. So I took the weekend to relax and spend time with the family. On Monday I felt super energized again. It made me realize again, that we are in this for the long run and need to take care of ourselves. With the weather getting warmer I'm again starting the days with a morning walk in Central Park. Those walks help me to take a break, sort my thoughts, reflect and strategize. What are your stress relief tactics?

    I like to take a walk outside or listen to some calming music to help clear my mind and refocus.
