Think the key themes will be democratisation, automation and integration. People want to achieve great results faster, and they need the barrier of entry to these tools to be lower. Questions people have include how fast can I get started? How quickly can I make something cool? What templates, presets, generated content can I start with? Does it integrate well with my current workflow so I can use my other favourite tools easily? This is partially influenced by a general decrease in people's patience for mundane tasks. With a lot more content fighting for your attention daily, difficult tasks require more mental effort so there will be less appreciation for complexity and developing long-term expertise in something and more appreciation for feeling like a Pro on day 1. A lot can happen, but should be fun overall!

The future of design tools holds immense promise and potential for both designers and the broader creative community. With rapid technological advancements and a growing emphasis on user experience, design tools are poised to become even more intuitive, versatile, and collaborative. We can expect to see a seamless integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, enabling designers to automate repetitive tasks and generate creative suggestions. Additionally, augmented and virtual reality will likely revolutionize the way designers prototype and test their creations, offering immersive experiences and real-time feedback. Furthermore, the future of design tools is likely to be more accessible, empowering a wider range of individuals to participate in the design process, fostering greater diversity and innovation in the field. As the design landscape continues to evolve, embracing these exciting changes will be crucial for staying at the forefront of the industry.
