Being productive is not about getting multiple tasks done, but it's about getting the work done well. 💯
This article by Harvard Business Review (

1. Create rules around your schedule - have blocks during the day to check your email and pause notifications while doing deep work.
2. Learn keyboard shortcuts - using the mouse increases the time wasted. So, learn keyboard shortcuts to make your life easier and to avoid wasting time. For the tool you use the most, learn 3 to 4 keyboard shortcuts, and it will make you instantly productive.
3. Think about what habits you want to change and how you can alter your environment to influence those behaviors - for example: if you want to read something after waking up then keep the kindle closer to you, rather than the phone. This is a very interesting way to play with your mind and to get things done.
4. Read your work aloud before sending it across. This will help you understand if it sounds right. You will be surprised when you do this the first time.
Do you practice any of these? What keeps you productive? Let's share some ideas 💡
