I'm currently working on a tool to help solve communication impedes between team members who are based in different countries. As part of my research, I wanted to reach out to the community and ask for your help.

Have you ever worked with people who are located in different countries?

What challenges and difficulties have you faced when communicating and collaborating with them?

I think all that is needed is the status of the employee in order to understand what situation he is in. Call, and video call and chats. These are the main aspects that are needed.
