What brand are you growing: personal or company?

It is got interesting to me, as i think that personal brand never been as strong for all types of companies.

So, I would love to hear perspective on it.

For me, company branding outweighs personal branding. But I also have founder friends who want to prioritize their personal brand and then bring fire to his company. For me there is no one right or wrong, it all depends on what kind of company the founder wants to make

I grow both but give priority to the personal one. It's always with me and companies can change.

It's worth it to grow both. Personal brand helps with interaction with influencers, the company's one - to grow product audience.
