Building an MVP for Speakdigest.online has been challenging, especially with integrating AWS Real-Time Transcribe. I decided to pay for AWS Developer Support, but their response time has been very slow – only one message per day. Waiting for replies has significantly slowed me down. What roadblocks have you encountered while building your product?

I think it's still a cold start. Since our first launch in August last year, we have had about 2000+ users, but the growth rate has been consistently slow. I think we are still figuring out how to ramp up.

The ever changing and developing market has been a challenge - especially when developing a tech product takes time and the needs and the offerings of the market change daily. Probably overcoming the temptation of changing the product features all the time has been a challenge. Can anyone relate?

Although I am not technical, it was somewhat challenging for me to connect with our target audience and check their needs. :-)

@joy_eom connect It's great you still made the step to reach out to your target audience, even though you don't have a technical background.

@geetu_joshi do you have a technical person helping you out with your product or you are working on it alone?
