What challenges do designers face in maintaining consistency and guidelines in design files?

As a designer, have you ever found yourself missing a style or using the wrong component in your Figma file? Or if you're a system designer do you find it challenging to govern and audit design files? We certainly were facing a lot of these problems in our design team. I'm exploring a Figma plugin that could solve some of them - imagine you could save your library, find missing or unwanted styles in your file, even components, and fix them instantly! Curious to know if other designers & developers are facing similar challenges with Figma files. Or if there're any other related problems? I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this.
