If I would have to recommend one thing, this would be - to be proactive, build and grow a strong community across different platforms.
If you invest your time and effort into building a community, they will give you their support when it's most needed for you and your product :)

We’ve used Bigin and had good results. They are very affordable and plays well with the rest of Zoho suite of products
