An AI-powered homebuying app could simplify the process by providing personalized recommendations based on user preferences and financial profiles.

Yup, could you describe what you mean by financial profiles here?

An AI-powered homebuying app sounds intriguing! If it can streamline the search process and negotiate better deals, it could save a lot of time and hassle.

@uthappa_robb Yes, with the NAR lawsuit, it's about time for hassle-free homebuying.
AI can filter out properties that don’t meet criteria.

@teekaram_teekaramyogi Yaas, and give a match percentage for your preferences accordingly.
AI-powered homebuying apps could be a game changer. Automating the search process, negotiating deals, and streamlining paperwork would remove so much of the hassle. I'd be curious to see how the AI determines the best properties for each buyer's unique needs and catches potential issues. Could save buyers a ton of time though if it works well!

@lucasdanielwright We've made something like that; you can check it out here.
About that, we've made a comparable algorithm that takes the user's data and gives an x% match for the best properties selected.
We also take the prices of nearby houses, price per square feet, closing price of similar houses near, and other metrics in place.
You can check out our app here. Launching this Tuesday on PH.

Sounds interesting! I'd want to know more about how the AI works - does it just search listings and filter/rank them, or does it actually negotiate with sellers? Would be cool if it could auto-schedule showings too. I'm a bit wary of relying solely on AI for such a big decision, but if it can save time on the legwork of finding good options, I'm intrigued. Curious to hear others' thoughts!
