In my experience, one primary factor contributing to the failure of startups is a lack of market research. Many startups fail because they don't fully understand their target audience or haven't identified a genuine need for their product or service. Additionally, a lack of effective marketing strategies and inadequate financial planning can also contribute to the downfall of startups.

A major reason being not being able to figure out if there is a market for that product. The other factor being not having the right team.

Startup failure is often caused by a combination of factors, including poor product-market fit, poor execution, team problems, financial problems, and external factors.
