What do you dislike about your Helpdesk?

Hello guys, I'm working on a next-generation helpdesk+chatbot+knowledge base that uses AI and a fourm-based approach to support tickets.
So if there is any thing about current Helpdesks that you dislike pls feel free to comment.

The things I dislike about Helpdesk are the lack of responsiveness and making the system slow down.

@qudsia_ali I get the part about responsiveness but I believe Helpdesks are a SAAS so how can it make your system slow.
Poor customer service made me switch Helpdesks recently.
@sudheer_bandaru1 Well I guess it is an irony that a SAAS used to promote better helpdesks doesnt has those.
Personally I started work on this as I hated the need to search throughs tens of posts to get my answer
