I have a few different things that I like to do to restore my energy. One of my favorite ways is to take a long walk outside. There's something about getting some fresh air and moving my body that always seems to rejuvenate me. I'll usually put on my headphones and listen to some music or a podcast while I walk, which helps me to relax and unwind. Another thing I like to do is to spend some time with friends or family. I find that being around people I care about and having some good conversations can really lift my spirits and give me a boost of energy. Sometimes, we'll just hang out and chat, while other times we'll do something active like go for a hike or play a sport. Either way, being with loved ones always seems to give me a much-needed boost. Lastly, I try to make sure that I'm getting enough sleep at night. I know that when I don't get enough rest, it really takes a toll on my energy levels. So, I try to make sure that I'm getting at least seven to eight hours of sleep each night. I'll also try to relax before bed by reading a book or taking a warm bath to help me wind down and get a good night's rest. Overall, I find that a combination of physical activity, socializing, and getting enough sleep are the key things that help me to restore my energy.

I usually go to the gym at noon (when I feel the sleepiest). It gives me an energy boost that helps me do deep work in the evening.

@mary_sh1 Is anyone like me where you rediscover this again and again? I might spend half the day trying to figure out how to get back on track and then finally settle on a 4pm cold brew coffee. Then I always think "wow, why didn't I just do this back at 11am?" haha

Restoring energy is essential for productivity. I take short breaks, meditate, and go for walks to recharge. Finding balance and self-care are vital for well-being
