Recognize the signs and symptoms. These can include feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, cynical, and detached from your work or life. Once you acknowledge that you're burned out, you can start to take steps to address it.
Take a nap and have good food! Always works for me! :)
Have a bath and meditate! What about you?
I go for a run & connect with my parents. For me I feel like burn out comes when I get caught up and disconnected from the things that bring me joy & purpose. Spending time with myself and reaching out to the people that know me best, my dreams and why I work the way I do help ground me & I usually feel recharged and ready to get back to things.
