What do you do with users who use the trial many times and do not subscribe?

Hi there. How did you solve the problem in your SaaS services with users signing up for a free trial each time, and when it ends after 14 days, creating a new account again and again to use the service for free?

for our app we have methods in place that prevent this type of abuse. for one it limits only 1 trial per user. it also limits only 1 trial per IP address. and, if a new account claims the trial on an IP address that already activiated the trial, it will prevent that new account from claiming a trial if it uses a VPN or proxy so i think the question you want to ask is "how to prevent trial abuse" rather than what to do to those who are abusing it
