I’d expect the following benefits: -Tailored health advice, fitness plans, and meal suggestions based on individual data, such as age, weight, activity level, and health goals. - Integration with wearable devices to track real-time metrics like heart rate, sleep patterns, and activity levels, providing actionable insights. - Early detection of potential health issues by analyzing patterns and historical data, alerting users to risks before symptoms appear.

I would expect much more customization than algorithms without AI. Often in Health and Wellness applications there are general tips and recommendations for all users. I understand why, it is very difficult to build logic for all scenarios. Otherwise, the CART (Classification and Regression Tree) algorithm for all scenarios will be simply huge:)

Yes, a good AI health and wellness app should offer personalized guidance based on your individual data and goals. Integrating with wearables to track key health metrics in real-time would be huge. And using AI to detect potential issues early before symptoms show up could be life-saving. I'd also love to see engaging challenges and social features to keep you motivated!

I personally recommend giving advices or plans according to locations of users. This is what our users are always looking for. I need an app for basic health related queries to respond my customers and handle them according to their locations. If this thinking is fruitful or not? I need your suggestions as I am targeting 4 cities of United States. You can simply check at https://www.scriptsusa.com/ and recommend me some fruitful suggestions.
