What do you find most difficult for delivering a good customer support?

So many challenges out there to meet and overpass our users needs. So many complains to solve, organice, any tips?

@eugenemarage That´s funny, true. Sometimes, one of the most difficult challenge  is just: humans high expectations, but I feel we all-ish are picky when we are in the customer side. Don't you think?
