I love listening to Sigur Rós while working. Really helps me stay concentrated and focused :)

Depends on the mood and time. Inspirational music to start the day. Lofi music when feeling a bit cozy. 😅 Nature sounds when I need focus. Lyrical songs in between short breaks.

Depends in the mood, I have a wide selection of different genres. But lately I am mostly in the mood for some good reggeton

Depending on mood & type of activity: - movie soundracks - nature sounds - brown noise - Vikings folk - rock 🤘 for manual tasks - often just prefer silence

I have different Spotify playlists I've created myself, with various songs of genres, reggaeton, Latin urban, afro-pop and EDM.

I find instrumental music or ambient sounds helpful for my concentration

I've been listening to brain.fm for ~5 years now. It's amazing. I get in the zone within minutes!

depends on the tasks :) Instrumental music when I need to focus, some techno music during the last hours and the list goes on 😅

Nothing with lyrics... they interfere too much with my thought :) Electronic background music is my personal favourite
