When someone launches on the main page what are YOU looking for in particular?

in first appearance, i look for some keywords (like video, creator, marketing, productivity) and an overall feeling if it is my type. It takes 10 seconds. Then, i check out the intro video carefully. and then try the product. Intro video is super important.

I usually look for a few key things in a product hunt launch - a clear, compelling description of what the product does and why it's valuable, some good screenshots or a video showing the product in action, and ideally some early traction or positive testimonials from beta users. Social proof goes a long way in getting people excited to try something new. I also appreciate when makers engage in the comments and answer questions.
