Passion and proficiency. The only two things anyone has to see in people while recruiting. :)

A bit tangential here, but I look for personality and character traits. Even if it's an internship, I prefer working with good folks who may lack the industry skills but bring paramount value by their behaviour and world views.

@uma_venugopal Thanks for your opinion. Right, even if it's a little technical, I think it's important to work with a good person with important values!

I value practical experience over formal education (at least for technical roles). It is possible to get a degree but not be well equipped to actually work on real projects around here.

@kevin_brendel I agree. I think talent and competence in technical roles are important Do you know that practical experience is important for a company? I don't think formal things help anymore

Appropriate hard skills (technical stack compliance, enough competence) and soft skills, from which the most essential are proactivity and conviviality.

@anatoly5ms Right, I agree It's the same problem I'm trying to solve I'm curious about how to validate hard skills (technical stack compliance, enough competence) and soft skills What do you think of this?

@baekgang hard skills can be validated by the appropriate specialists of the same role as they have the necessary competence. But you should trust them:) As for soft skills, HR managers could help, but almost everybody is an ideal person during the interview, and his personality will fully disclose only while working. So it's like a lottery😁
In applicant recruitment, I often notice a strong focus on job performance, relevant skills, and qualifications. Organizational adaptability and cultural fit are also key factors. Leadership potential is highly sought after by growth-oriented companies. Soft skills like communication and teamwork are frequently valued. Overall, a balance between technical expertise and interpersonal abilities is sought after by many recruiters.

@akanksha_hunts Thank you very much for your opinion 😊 Yeah, that's the problem I'm trying to solve How to verify skills and qualifications for my job and how to verify job performance What do you think of this?
