Personally, I am not a fan. by the time i am frustrated the chat bot makes it worse. It is not restricted to banking, it is chat bots in general. I generally tend to wait to get to someone to speak to and try as much as possible to avoid the chat bot.

However, when I'm unsure about what I need, I prefer talking to a human representative because I believe they will have better clarity in assisting me.
