AI will disrupt education in a similar way that it is disrupting every other industry. The possibilities are endless and some of the most exciting areas are gamification, coaching, and simulation.

@andrew_mason3 I loved your views about gamification approach and simulation, I can imagine myself how things would have been easy for me if I have got this earlier. What are tools available in space for same ?
David Cagigas
I think it would allow more time for productive learning experience.

@edworking Surely David, could you tell more specific tools which you think will play a vital role in same!

AI has the potential to revolutionize education by making it more personalized, efficient, and engaging for learners. In the business world, training is often viewed as a tedious and time-consuming process, which can lead to disengagement and low retention rates among employees. With AI-powered tools such as virtual reality simulations, chatbots, and personalized learning algorithms, corporate training can become more interactive and tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each employee. These tools can also provide real-time feedback and assessment, enabling employees to monitor their progress and improve their skills at a faster pace. Moreover, AI can help companies identify skills gaps and training needs across their workforce, allowing them to create targeted training programs that address specific areas of weakness. This can lead to more efficient and effective training programs that deliver measurable results and drive business growth. However, there are also concerns about the use of AI in corporate training. Some employees may feel uncomfortable with the use of AI, fearing that it could lead to job loss or that their privacy is being invaded. It is important for companies to address these concerns and ensure that the use of AI in training is transparent, ethical, and aligned with their employees' values. Overall, AI has the potential to transform corporate training into a more engaging, efficient, and effective process that benefits both employees and businesses.

@ricci_masero I do agree disengagement and low retention is one of reasons and challenge in learning, what do you think how this can be improved? I think videos can play a vital role!

@praveen_ai I think we need to look beyond just learning by watching a video! I agree that we must provide training in different formats as people learn in different ways. Alongside personalized learning paths and gamification, using VR and AR can be great ways to provide an immersive and engaging learning experience, if you have access to that technology. Connecting the training provided to company and individual goals can also support retention as the learner feels more valued.

AI has the potential to revolutionize education by providing personalized and adaptive learning experiences. While some may be concerned about job loss and AI replacing human teachers, it's important to recognize that AI is meant to supplement, not replace, human teaching.

@sanders_mitche True, I guess AI can help teachers how real life examples would feel to students and most important the AI won't a biased thing, so it will pay equal attention to every student.
