Absolutely! Customer service is a key part of CX, but it's just one touchpoint. A great CX encompasses the entire customer journey, from initial brand awareness to post-purchase interactions. It's about building relationships, exceeding expectations, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and positive. When customers feel valued and understood at every step, that's true CX magic!
