I won't lie, most customer service/site chat bots that I've interacted with have been hot garbage -- they mostly try to deflect my question onto some vaguely related FAQ article.

@duffdevone I'm curious to hear your thoughts on what your experience with Form2Agent would be like. Each review counts for us, we want to make this product better and better based on users inputs.

My experience is that too many of them rely on a text input. That doesn't make things any more convenient than using a search bar. My opinion might be biased though since I worked on the voice features for Form2Agent :p

Most of them are awful and don't even come close to answering whatever question you're asking especially when it's customer service related. It's just a huge waste of time.

@monika_kamoda Yes!! It would be awesome for companies to use a chatbot that improves customer experience instead of one that creates more frustration.
