One of our First Round companies, Recast, is launching here today. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/recast-4 The Recast app turns articles into bite-size audio convos w/AI so you can “read more” without reading ✨. It’s great for powering through read-later backlogs, and the app has thousands already recasted to browse. In honor of this, I want your help to fill up my Recast queue: what great pieces have you all read lately—or meant to read, but not found the time for? Drop a link to any article/blog/essay below and the team will reply with a converted Recast. I’ll go first! Here are recasts of two recent top First Round review pieces. A Founder’s Guide to Assessing Strengths and Weaknesses https://app.letsrecast.ai/r/fef44616-88e2-45dc-9157-773c7771e793 32m read → 18m convo ‘Give Away Your Legos’ and Other Commandments for Scaling Startups https://app.letsrecast.ai/r/ee611ef5-f244-4365-8e9e-b99dba51c793 23m read → 11m convo Congrats to cofounders @a18n @verena_ortlieb @ekurutepe

This is one of my favorite articles somebody submitted today: "Young People Have No Idea What We Used to Do After Work. Let Me Regale You." from Slate https://app.letsrecast.ai/r/d07d...

If we find a way to integrate Recast with popular content bookmarking and written content sources, the value of Recast would be even greater. For example, funnelling: - Pocket.com, readwise, and other bookmarked content into Recast - Substacks and Beehivs newsletters directly into Recast - PDFs and Amazon ebooks into Recast - And even long threads from Slack, MS Teams, and even slide decks into Recast Sky's the limit! :)

@a18n Hi Adam, the app is super cool. I noticed that initial audio loading took some time, but after that smooth experience:)

For the studious bunch like me who prioritize productivity, the ASUS ROG Strix Z590-E is a game-changer. Its lightning-fast connectivity options and efficient cooling design ensure that I can seamlessly switch between research, coding, and even the occasional gaming break. It's a productivity powerhouse that students can rely on. https://justmotherboard.com/best...
