What initiated your journey in product development?

Customer success was my entry door, working hand in hand with ux design and tech slowly becoming more an more product oriented. I love to thrive bringing the best UX/UI to users and growing a business relying on product and customer satisfaction.

I was in highschool designing logos for clients world-wide. I was pretty acceptable at design but I wanted to be better paid and saw opportunities in the programming world. I wanted to code my own apps and I didn't know how. 12 years later, I am in my 30s with plenty of coding experience but I am pretty stupid at marketing and business. I am now re-routing my mind and learning business and marketing while building my own products. Dream come true, I might say?

Market Needs Recognizing the ever-evolving market needs and the potential to fill gaps in the market also played a significant role in initiating my journey in product development. By identifying areas where existing products fall short or where new opportunities arise, I am motivated to develop products that can meet those needs and provide value to customers. User-Centric Approach Adopting a user-centric approach was another catalyst for my journey in product development. Totally by chance! 😅 I had always had an obsession with building automated processes to improve ops in the teams I was part of, but my expertise was in Paid Media. After a pretty bad experience working for an agency I was pretty much open to anything and a startup building advertising technology needed deep understanding on advertising platforms and I got in straight as Product Director. They bet on me quite heavy, but it paid off. I found my vocation, as I fell in love with the day to day of finding solutions to problems, collaborating with dev, designing, etc., and we turned the product around in just about 2 years and got an exit 🥳 Life is full of surprises and opportunities if you're open to exploring new paths ✨

I love to solve problem. And realised I love building stuff. That comes along well with product dev / micro-startup creation :)

In conversations with my friends, I had the idea to develop a new product in response to the growing need for new technologies among my customers.

Solving the problem of many people. (IXORD Notes) - These are lists with artificial intelligence, I use and it is very convenient.

A very specific problem without a solution I can buy - so I have to build it myself.

My journey in product development was initiated when I took an internship at a tech startup during college, where I was inspired by the process of turning an idea into a tangible product, and I decided to pursue further education and a career in the field, focusing on innovation, user experience, and iterative design.

My journey was initiated when I was working in one of the advertising agencies and realized how many things I could change if I could productize a service, and how many improvements I could bring for my clients as well. 💡 Right then and there, I realized that I should create something similar but sell it as a sophisticated product.

Realized there was a gap in tools for remote collaboration. Built a simple solution for my own team, then figured others might need it too.

Was inspired by health & fitness apps and wanted to bring it to the world of skincare.
