In March of 2020, with the pandemic enveloping the world in misinformation and chaos, I wrote these words in my notes: It's too hard for the average person to understand scientific research on important topics. That's why we built Consensus, to make it easier for everyone to understand science. Launched last week so check it out and let us know what you think!

What inspired me was life experiences where I wished I had some support in knowing what's behind the curtain when it comes to a particular industry. Very often, you just know the numbers when it's too late, and it's just taking away all the efforts you put into prior to this sad realization. A lot of information is just hidden or not really known until you come across someone who's willing to share, which can be quite personal. And sadly, lots of professionals are either clueless or just don't want to disclose the reality of the industry, which is quite normal, they don't want to lose some potential businesses to run away. That's what inspired me to "build" an app that gives complete transparency on what it really takes to run that business from A to Z and what it would really cost in terms of workforce and money. That's the type of app I would have wished to have access to when I was 18! I am 33 years old now! ;D

The need to see people nearby quickly and making sure they're not bots. Especially when I'm in new cities or areas and I just want to meet people around me.
